By using this website and placing an order with elnup, you agree to the following terms:
1. Orders
Once an order is placed, we’ll process it within 2–4 business days. You'll receive confirmation when it’s shipped. If there are any delays or issues, we’ll contact you.
2. Payments
We accept all major cards and payment platforms securely via Shopify Payments or Stripe. All prices are listed in GBP (£).
3. Shipping & Returns
Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
In short:
    •    We aim to ship quickly.
    •    Returns are accepted within 14 days (if unworn).
    •    Customer pays return postage unless the item is faulty.
4. Intellectual Property
All designs, illustrations, and content on this site are copyright of elnup. Don’t copy, resell, or use them without permission, that’s just rude.
5. Limitation of Liability
We’re not responsible for delays outside our control (postal strikes, acts of nature, etc). If something goes wrong with your order, we’ll do our best to fix it, but we don’t offer emotional counselling (yet).
6. Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
