Greeting Cards
What size are your greeting cards?
Our cards are 5 × 7 inches, printed on thick 300gsm card stock so they feel lovely and sturdy in your hands.
Each card comes with a white laid envelope and is packed carefully so it arrives looking its best.
Are your cards blank inside?
Yes. All elnup cards are blank inside, so you can write whatever your heart, brain, or chaotic emotional state decides.
Are the cards printed in the UK?
Yes. Our greeting cards are printed in the UK on high-quality card stock.
How are the cards packaged?
Each card is packed in a biodegradable compostable sleeve to protect it while being kinder to the planet.
Orders are shipped in sturdy packaging so they reach you safely and in perfect condition.
Will the card arrive safely in the post?
Yes. We package cards carefully using protective packaging so they arrive flat and undamaged.
If something does go wrong in transit, we'll replace it.
Can I send a card directly to someone?
Yes. Simply enter the recipient's address at checkout and we'll send it straight to them.
We don't currently offer handwritten messages, but it's something we may add in the future.
Do you sell card packs or just single cards?
Right now we sell individual cards, but small curated packs may appear as the elnup world grows.
T-shirts
What size should I order?
Our T-shirts are unisex and true to size, with a relaxed fit.
If you like a looser feel, size up. If you prefer it snug, stay true to size.

How long will my order take?
Greeting cards
• Processing time: 1–2 working days
• UK shipping: 1–3 working days
T-shirts and apparel
• Processing time: 2–4 working days
• UK shipping: 2–5 working days
International orders
• Delivery usually takes 7–14 working days, depending on the destination.
We'll email you once your order ships so you can start emotionally preparing.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Shipping times vary depending on location, but most international orders arrive within 7–14 working days.
Please note that international orders may occasionally experience customs delays.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Changes & Returns
Can I change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't been processed yet, yes.
Email us as soon as possible at info@elnup.com with your order number and what you'd like to update. If we've already packed it up, we'll still do our best to help.
What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
Just email info@elnup.com and we'll guide you through the process.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on stickers, freebies, or digital downloads.
Problems With Orders
What if my item arrives damaged or goes missing?
Email us right away at info@elnup.com.
We'll either replace it or offer a refund — no emotional blackmail required.
We're a small team, but we take this seriously and will always make it right.
Gifts
Do you offer gift wrapping or notes?
Not yet, but we're working on it.
In the meantime, elnup goodies make great gifts as they are — emotional honesty looks good in any envelope.
