We aim to pack and post your emotional baggage (aka your elnup order) as quickly as possible.
    •    Processing Time: All items are made and packed with care. Please allow 2–4    working days for processing before dispatch.
    •    UK Shipping:
Standard delivery takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.
You’ll get a confirmation email once your order is on the move.
    •    International Shipping:
Yes, we ship worldwide!
Shipping times vary depending on where you are it's usually 7–14 working days.
(Customs delays are out of our control, but we’ll always do our best to help.)
    •    Shipping Costs:
 Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free UK shipping on orders over £40.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your elnup item, if it doesn't feel right, we’ve got your back.
    •    Returns accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
    •    Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
    •    Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on stickers, downloads, or freebies (for obvious reasons).
To request a return, just email us with your order number and reason, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges
Want a different size?
 No problem, email us and we’ll sort it, subject to stock availability.
Same return rules apply: the item must be unworn and in original condition.

Lost, Damaged, or Sad Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, is lost in the post, or just makes you feel a bit weird, contact us.
 We’ll do everything we can to make it right.
